Main mission, goal of position:
Agronomical monitoring and support to NT salesman and customers in according with Corp. Standards and knowledge bases.

Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks:

1. Sales Support.
2. Customer service and support.
3. Seminar and education for government officers, farmers and customers
4. Educating dealers and supporting dealer’s field activities
5. Agriculture exhibitions and seminars.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

1. Age over 30 years old
2. BA in Agriculture
3. MBA is an advantage
4. Minimum 8 years of experience
5. English: written / reading / speaking
6. Driving’s license

Skills & Abilities:  

1. Computer skill: word, excel (PowerPoint is an advantage)
2. Communication skills both Thai and English
3. Data analysis skills
